How to encourage children to draw.

Should be expressed freely and not as an obligation.
It is important to respect the spontaneity and naturalness of children. In these early stages of the drawings it should not correct them or give them rules and drawing techniques. In addition to the pencil, the child can draw and paint with crayon, markers, and even finger painting. The children's art should be expressed freely and not an obligation. Do not stifle creativity in your child. Censorship would only limit their creativity at this time.

Almost all children's ideas can be expressed in their drawings. Graphic and visual activities represent a real language to children. Teach them to develop their motor skills, give them more freedom of expression and enrich your world. The contact with different materials will stimulate your ideas and expression.
The material and techniqueWhen a child's special interest in drawing can guide you about some techniques, offering different materials for the test. The technique, as regards the instrumental domain, need not be taught. It comes with practice and experience. A child who loves to draw, more will be attracted to other materials, and thus will grow in this magical world that is drawing. Meet some materials:

Child Painting- Wax pen: its easy operation, is the ideal pen for the first scribbles of children. You can find crayon in different ways, with thin or rounded tips of all colors.
-Chalk: a soft, light material and breaks easily. Therefore, it requires some skill in children for use. Usually after two years is interesting that you offer some chalk and a blackboard for the child. It will help you control the intensity of his stroke.
-Pens: different colors and thicknesses, are ideal for the lines and contours, also can be used in any type of paper. Allows you to control muscle tension, develop coordination and exercise a sense of responsibility. It is difficult to remove and, therefore, requires more responsibility.
-Tempera: brush or your finger to children is very fun to paint with watercolors. Allow them to create many effects, acquire new movements of coordination, exerting different pressures of the stroke, etc. When you paint with your hand, the child will be creating a direct physical interaction with the material, enjoy senses like touch and smell, and foster their sense of exploration.

-Role: The role is as important as pencils. The format, size or color will determine the limits of children in the drawing, and texture will determine the type of pencil that the child will use.
In any case, children will always react in different ways depending on the type of material used.

How to encourage children to drawWhen the child is encouraged to draw, you will be helping to develop their perception, emotion and intelligence. The child will have more means to express themselves and gain more practice and experience. The creative potential for a child is enormous but it is not always recognized or are given the opportunity to implement it.
A good way to encourage your child to draw is to create a space, a place to hang their drawings. Invite him to create space for an exhibition of his favorite drawings. So when friends and relatives come, they can "visit" the exhibition. The corner can be in a cork box at the door of the locker room at the back under the door of the house or elsewhere.

Early stimulation.

The baby receives stimulation that is the basis for future development.
Early stimulation, as the name suggests, aims to develop and enhance, through games, exercises, techniques, activities, and other resources, the functions of the brain of a baby, benefiting the intellectual side, his physical and affectivity. Have stimulated a good baby exploited their ability to learn and adapt to their environment in a more simple, fast and intense. We all know that babies are born with great potential and it is up to parents to do with this potential to develop to the maximum of the most appropriate, positive, and fun.

To understand this process, we need to understand first, as is the maturation of human beings. Unlike animals, we humans are highly dependent on our parents from birth. It took more walking and controlling our environment. Everything depends on the learning we have. While our capacity for learning is limited, our abilities are related to survival. Without learning, we become helpless, alone and exposed to all the good or bad. On the other hand, if we learn, our brains allow us moldable grow and survive in the most adverse situations.
Early stimulation is to unite making this adaptability of the brain's ability to learn, and do with that healthy babies are mature and better able to adapt to their environment and different situations. This is not a therapy or a method of formal education. It's just a form of management of potential and capacities of children. When stimulated with a baby will be opening a range of opportunities and experiences that will explore, acquire skills and abilities in a more natural, and understand what is happening around them.

When encouraging a babyThe implementation of early stimulation is a purely personal decision. Parents are the ones who can decide whether or not you want to apply to your child daily. However, if you opt for early stimulation, should begin as soon as possible because, according to experts, the flexibility of the brain decreases with age. From birth to 3 years of age, neural development of infants is highest. After three years, begin to decrease until their total elimination after 6 years of age, when neuronal interconnections are formed baby's brain, making their learning mechanisms are similar to those of an adult. Of course we continue to learn, but not at the same pace and with all the potential to be.
All babies experience different stages of development that can be increased with early stimulation. For that, we must recognize and encourage the potential of each child individually, and submit goals and appropriate activities to strengthen their self-esteem, and initiative and learning. Stimulation the baby receives in its first years of life, are the basis for future development.
Apart from the activities implemented in the stimulation of the infant, it is important to note that the environment is also a tool to take into consideration. The environment is not just a quiet place where you can breathe respect, tolerance, patience, agreement and the union are also the persons accompanying the child. If the baby has the company of people significant to him, as is the case with their parents, will feel supported in their bonding, their abilities and skills. The stimulation will be more complete.

Stimuli for the child self-esteem.

Tips to boost self esteem.
Self-esteem is built through a process of assimilation and internalization from birth but that may change over a lifetime. Is generated by the image others give us about ourselves and the value we give to this image. It is during childhood and adolescence where self-esteem creates a lasting impression because it is in these stages when we are most vulnerable and flexible.

Whereas high self-esteem that the child will experience positive effects such as trust, encouragement, interest and pleasure to learn and realize dreams, it needs to be built since the child is just a baby. The affection and love between the newborn and parents, can be considered a guide to self-esteem. The baby should feel loved and embraced for what it is. Therefore, in case your baby is born with an abnormality or physical deformation, care for him do not feel your concern. Come even closer to him. The child who does not feel valued by their parents, can develop fear of being abandoned. The same must be done, for example, when the child in school is "labeled" as the bad, the junk, the impertinent, and all they do, colleagues and students, is to leave aside, discriminate against you, making you feel marginalized and rejected by everyone. This position will not help at all. What it does is create low self-esteem in children, in a short time, can lead to school failure.
As we always say, every child is unique, and in case you want to build a good self-esteem in your child, you should consider factors such as temperament, abilities, weaknesses, defense mechanisms, desires, and cognitive status.
How to boost self-esteem

To promote self-esteem can take steps that we have to follow:1 - Encourages the development of children's responsibilities. In a positive way, creating some commitments and demands, in a climate of participation and interaction, compliance by the child.

2 - Give your child the opportunity to make decisions and solve problems.

3 - with positivism reinforces the child's behaviors. For example, when he is doing homework, or pick up toys, or just change your clothes, tell her warmly and effusively of how older you!, Thank you for helping us, or you did great!. In some homes and schools, this reinforcement is done through small prizes.
4 - Set clear boundaries for your child, teaching him to foresee the consequences of their behavior. Example: "If you pick up your toys, do not go to the movies." And there is no turning back.
5 - Teach your child to solve their own problems and learn from their mistakes and errors, in a positive way. For example, if the child does not achieve a good grade in a school subject, encourage him to study harder and prepare to overcome in the next review. In all advance blame. The child must feel that a mistake can be converted into an apprenticeship and, consequently, you can fix it if you use more effort.
6 - Leave aside criticism that nothing builds. The insults do not foster a child's self esteem. Instead, for example, to say "you are a messy, have your room as a junk, better to say" I hate to see your room so messy, it makes me very sad. " So, you're showing you what you dislike is the disorder of the room, not the child.
